• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Qualifications for new product line, Glass-Fused-To-Steel bolted

tanks.

• Point of contact for Permastore Tanks and Silos, Glass-Fused-To-Steel manufacture, for Caldwell.

Caldwell’s Distributorship Region with Permastore Tanks and Silos includes all ground storage tanks

in Kentucky and Tennessee and all Bolted Composite Elevated Tanks in the United States and

Canada. Responsibility includes obtaining engineer standards for Caldwell’s engineering department,

develop existing market tools, and request all proposals.

• Update all of Caldwell’s Marketing Tools for new product line including pre-qualification submittal

manuals, brochures, and develop a bolted tank website page on company website.

• Introduce engineers to Caldwell’s new product line and provide presentations, specifications or any

requested information to allow Caldwell to be a Pre-Qualified Supplier on all bidding or negotiated

projects in Caldwell’s Distributorship Region.

• Track all Glass-Fused-To-Steel projects in Caldwell’s Distributorship Region.

• Review all project related documents such as project plans and specifications, relevant industry

standards, and job costing to verify scope of work to be performed and to verify that Caldwell is

qualified to bid on each project.

• Interface with appropriate Field Superintendents to verify that each division’s scope of work within

Caldwell (Engineering, Civil, Field Erection, Shipping, ect.) is properly identified and the appropriate

cost is allocated for each project.

• Develop and provide bid proposals for all bolted tank projects in Caldwell’s Distributorship Region.

• Utilize all MS Office products, document imaging, and other software to manage and execute daily

work activities.

Senior Project Manager – Power Augmentation of Combustion Gas Turbines

• Projects include combustion turbine cooling and power augmentation systems such as PowerFog

skids, Wet Compression skids, Inlet duct cooling, and Inlet filter house modifications.

• Manage & supervise procurement, shop fabrication, shop testing, shipping, all facets of field

construction, startup and commissioning, performance testing and warranty service on patented

combustion turbine inlet air cooling projects, domestic and international and elevated potable water

towers.

• Projects range from $200,000 to $10,000,000 and involve the engineering, manufacturing and

installation of high-pressure water systems, large refrigeration systems, thermal storage systems and

various styles of elevated potable water tanks.

• Develop bid proposals and estimates for all combustion turbine inlet air-cooling projects.

• Manage material inventory and receiving for all projects.

• Manage and maintain a Quality Management System that is domestically & internationally ISO 9001

• Developed project schedule starting with the project Notice to Proceed to final stage of project

including all phases of the project such as drawing and equipment submittals, site work/foundation

construction, shop fabrication, material delivery, tank erection, painting, yard piping and valves,

electrical, fence, finish grading, existing tank demolition, and other project phases.

• Developed a schedule of values for each project which includes a cost breakdown for each portion of

work that is included in the project contract.

• Coordinated schedule with all subcontractors involved including in-house work such as shop

fabrication and field tank crews.

• Oversaw and approved all payments to subcontractors and submitted partial pay estimates to clients.

• Coordinated and attended Pre-Construction conference with consulting engineers and clients for

each project. Took site visit before Pre-Construction conference to verify adequacy of site and

addressed any problems that may be associated with the site layout.

• Approved and processed submittals from subcontractors to be approved by consulting engineers.
